About Us
Justin D. Mundt
Justin Mundt holds life, health, property & casualty insurance licenses, as well as a Series 65 license. He started Mundt & Associates right after graduating in 2009. Helping others protect what they value most in life is very important to him, and he entered the financial services industry to do just that. Justin is reliable, honest, and dedicated to helping others.
He lives with his wife, Kelly, and their two children, Adelaide and Reece. In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, snowmobiling, farming, and playing music with his friends.
Brennan Mundt
Brennan Mundt is a licensed General Lines Agent at Mundt & Associates, specializing in Life, Accident, Health, and HMO plans. He brings a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others, rooted in his upbringing on a farm where hard work and community support were core values.
Brennan chose a career in insurance to make a meaningful difference in people’s futures by offering positive retirement opportunities. Colleagues and friends would describe him as charismatic, honest, hardworking, and always ready to lend a hand. In his free time, Brennan enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, and trying out new recipes. He lives with his wife, Jenny, and their cat, Kitty-Wampus.
Diego Cerda
Diego has been with Mundt & Associates since 2021 and serves as the Client Services Manager. He works closely with Justin to support client service needs and assist with policy administration, helping ensure a smooth and responsive experience.
Diego helps coordinate follow up, maintain consistent communication, and support ongoing conversations as client needs evolve. Outside of work, he enjoys music, training jiu jitsu, and spending time with family.
Kristy Johnson
Kristy is the Director of Marketing and Events at Mundt & Associates, bringing over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy and event coordination. Known for her attention to detail and guided by a heart for service, she creates meaningful experiences that align with the firm’s values, strengthen client relationships, and foster lasting engagement.
Rooted in Southeastern Minnesota, Kristy draws inspiration from the community and relationships that have shaped her strong work ethic and purpose-driven approach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors—hunting, fishing, foraging, and hiking—while embracing the beauty of all four seasons.
Lauren Glaser
Lauren serves as a Transfer Operations Coordinator and joined the firm in March 2025. She brings prior experience in the banking industry and she works closely with clients and partner institutions to facilitate seamless company-to-company transfers, helping ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Lauren is guided by her commitment to trust, community, and doing what is best for each client. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys crocheting and relaxing at home with her furball kitties.
Giving Back
Not everyone is as fortunate as we are. This is why we think it’s essential to give something back to our community. We do this in various ways, one of which is collaborating with charitable organizations here in Minnesota to organize fundraising and charity events.
